ESL has a proven record of balancing the high fire flow requirements of the new retail environment with the low daily flow demands of these stores.  Whether it’s a single grocery store being built in a developing community with little infrastructure to two million square feet of retail space being added to an already stretched municipal system, ESL works with the civil engineers, city officials, developers and end-user to produce solutions in a timely manner. 

 

Site hydraulic analysis can also be used by developers and municipalities to evaluate an area for the type of development the available pressure and flows can support.  This method provides clients with the information to assure larger national tenants that the site can support their requirements.
