• Forensic analysis of existing buildings, primarily in the field of moisture intrusion and associated air quality / mold problems

• Technical expert and litigation consulting services for design or construction defects

• Hygrothermal analysis of wall construction either before or after construction – including dew points

• Review / analysis of design, specification and construction documentation

• Failure and cause analysis

• On-site observations and documentation

• Destructive / nondestructive investigations and testing

• Coordination with third party subcontractors for indoor air quality (IAQ) testing, mold remediation and construction trades to remediate construction problems.
