Verify that the municipal system can support a new residential development or recommended improvements.
ESL can help you with “evidence of availability of water” regulatory requirements. From the municipal system flow testing and 24 hour static testing to site hydraulic analysis, ESL will coordinate the new development with the supplying water system.
Some residential developments have opted to install separate fire and domestic service lines. Although this may avoid a full flow meter on the fire service line, it creates a challenge in properly sizing the domestic line. To ensure that the most hydraulically remote areas of the development will have sufficient service without sacrificing water quality ESL can optimize the line sizes and meters for the development.
