Water Availability Reports

ESL develops custom and tenant specific water availability reports for commercial, residential, and retail sites across the southeast.

Starting with our own flow testing combined with municipal system ESL provides an early view of the sites available pressure and flow, our service includes hydraulic calculations to forecast what will be available at the BOR (base of riser) when the construction is complete.  This information is critical whether developing a site for commercial tenants with specific fire flow insurance requirements or determining if the domestic fixtures on the top floor of a proposed condo building will need a booster pump.
